Messaging Program Description:

Our campaigns send SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

JP Service and Hauling Corp (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program to provide updates and marketing regarding our dumpster rental services.

User Opt-In: You affirmatively opt into our messaging program by providing your phone number and clicking the "Complete & Send" button (or similar) on our web forms. By doing so, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Program Description: Messaging includes, but is not limited to: dumpster rental quotes, booking confirmations, delivery and pickup scheduling updates, billing alerts, and promotional specials or coupons.

User Opt-Out: To discontinue participation, reply “STOP” to any mobile message you receive from us. You may also text “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “STOP ALL” to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming your decision to unsubscribe.

Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and your active rental status.

7. Mobile Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE MOBILE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request.

8. Revisions and Errata
